Go Away With Me Do you wanna go away with me? To the jungle in the canopy It’d be nice if we could roll the dice And find paradise if we don’t think twice Bamboo tree-house jungle warriors Go away with me Tigers, toucans, starlight fires Go away with me Do you wanna go away, away with me? Do you wanna go away with me? To the mountains on the western sea Pack our things into a burlap sack We could build a little shack and we’ll never look back Pinecone earthworm forest rangers Go away with me Straw-hat sunray rock wall climbers Go away with me Do you wanna go away, away with me? Do you wanna go away with me? Instead of wondering ‘bout what could be We could travel to a far off land With our bare feet in the sand walkin’ hand in hand Long hair sun tan sea foam swimmers Go away with me Crabshell fishnet mango hunters Go away with me Do you wanna go away, away with me?

Toadstool Grove Blue eggs frog legs alligator eye balls old scrap metal throw it in the kettle a slice of zebra stripes and rusty pipes to stir the swirling pot I'll throw in anything I got Crash bang thump whack needle in a hay stack tic toc toc tic a clock and then a broom stick there's one thing left to do to make this special stew Chorus I'll have to row my boat across the pond searching for my magic wand last night I lost it swimming in the light of the moon I'll visit Mister Fox from nine 'til noon he still has my wooden spoon last week we rode our bikes in toad stool grove Verse II a little critter don’t forget the glitter playground seesaw a little hay a little straw a loop of string to tie a knot around the ring I’ll use to fish for fish that grant a single wish Drawing nearer Look into the mirror Its been a long run It looks as if we’re nearly done There’s one thing left to do To make this special stew

Our time It's not a lot, but what we've got can be spent right if you hold me tight tonight Chin up we're not yet through But just like you I'd rather doubt and not think about what is to come Half our lives love is on hold 'till the day your heart is sold somehow, just as quick as it came it can go, it can go Wonderin' if its still there something left in your heart to share somehow, just as quick as it came it can go, it can go Deep down, inside of my heart is where I'll start just looking to find your sweet and and mine in an old memory

Parents Dreams My parents keep a pair of distant dreams In fortune cookie papers on the fridge They promise treasures and travel Oh how I wish they came true Dad wants to go to Alaska See all the ice and the polar bears In my dreams I can take him there Oh how I wish they came true For myself, I won’t ask for much else but to work hard as I can And maybe then, I’ll come back again And see my parent’s dreams come true Dad goes to work but his hearts not there In dreams I see him up on the stage Five thousand people and colored lights Oh how I wish it came true Mom sends a prayer out to saint Jude To help look after her family She dreams how easy it could be Oh how I wish it came true For myself, I won’t ask for much else but to work hard as I can And maybe then, I’ll come back again And see my parent’s dreams come true Oh how I wish they came true

Like Lovers 02:33
Like Lovers I know its not enough Emotion comin’ from me I’m gonna make some changes I’m gonna set my love free Baby you will see that I have A message to send I wanna feel like lovers not like friends Please baby, give it a try Wanna see the sparkle in your eye And to be perfectly clear We gotta get somewhere So listen close, at the least Listen to the words released From our hearts into ourselves They aren’t meant for no one else I can guarantee There’s beauty right in front of me Baby, sometimes I can not see That distraction is the enemy You and I together We’re gonna set our love free You and I together We’re gonna set our love free

When Will I Make It Imagine being free Wonder what life is gonna be like if I Get myself out of this room Would the light stay if I just Threw my fears away would I be On my way up sometime soon I can see the shimmering light in the distance I can hear the good times so clear far from here Dark clouds I’m standin under Slick rain and roarin thunder Hard times will make you wonder How long to fight it High hills put me on hold Half of my story untold The cards I’m playing all fold When will I make it When will I make it When will I make it over I can see myself a few more years under my belt Remembering how I got over the hill And maybe looking back I will see The train was off the tracks and I’ve got So much more work to do still I can see the shimmering light in the distance I can hear the good times so clear far from here Dark clouds I’m standin under Slick rain and roarin thunder Hard times will make you wonder How long to fight it High hills put me on hold Half of my story untold The cards I’m playing all fold When will I make it When will I make it When will I make it over If you haven’t found the right way to go And you have to tell yourself How to win this fight You’ve got higher hills to climb But the highest hill won’t stop a dream from climbin’ And no matter what you’re still wonderin’ When will I make it When will I make it When will I make it over

Western Wood 03:27
Western Wood Sleeping timber Nocturne shadow Creeping past the black stone hill Swaying lantern Misty midnight Shortcut through the old windmill Out in the western wood Wind is weaving Through the branches Whispering a long lost tale Drifting embers Turn to ashes Scattered on the path of shale Out in the western wood

about

Just Turtles is an adventurous album from songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Dylan Aiello. Dylan compiles a collection of songs that span multiple genres and styles, presenting a colorful, euphonic pilgrimage across a musical terrain. Just Turtles was recorded with limited equipment (in GarageBand with one microphone) but nonetheless, possesses a refined charm that reveals a careful craftsmanship in the production.
